Firstly, welcome and thank you for visiting Leaving a Lighthouse. If this is your first visit then please jump over to the The ‘Why’ and watch the video explaining this project.

If you have visited before then you will know that I am trying to gather lots of every day people’s best advice in the form of a “Lighthouse Message” to leave behind advice and guidance for my own children but also provide the platform for the contributors to leave a message for theirs also.

It has previously followed a template of just a message and I have been thinking long and hard about how to expand the message shared by each person. It will now be presented in the shape of 5 questions that will hopefully help to really capture each person’s current life, passions and guidance.

These questions will be:

1. Who are you?
2. What is your biggest passion?
3. What are the big moments of your life? The ones that have made you who you are today.
4. A book recommendation?
5. What is your Lighthouse Message?

 

I am looking to also hopefully be able to present each contributor with a hard copy of their message as a keep sake but I still have some work to do with that.

I am really excited to be able to continue to gather messages and share them here with everyone so I hope you get as much out of them as I do.
